STEAM Executive provides:
Business IT support (remote and onsite)
Web hosting and domain services
AI consultancy, integration, and advisory services
Other technology services as agreed in writing
The specific scope, deliverables, and pricing for each engagement will be outlined in a proposal, quote, or service agreement.
You agree to:
Provide accurate information necessary for us to deliver the Services
Maintain appropriate backups unless you have purchased a managed backup service
Ensure your systems meet minimum technical requirements
Use the Services in compliance with Australian law
Obtain all necessary licences, permissions, and consents for any data or software you provide
You are responsible for the security of your own devices, networks, and credentials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We aim to provide reliable and timely support; however:
Response times may vary depending on workload, severity, and service level agreements
Scheduled maintenance may require temporary downtime
Web hosting uptime targets will be outlined in your hosting plan
We are not liable for outages caused by third‑party providers, internet carriers, or force majeure events.
Fees are outlined in your quote, proposal, or service plan
Invoices are payable on receipt unless otherwise stated
Late payments may incur administrative fees or suspension of Services
All prices are in AUD and may be subject to GST
Recurring services (hosting, managed IT, AI subscriptions) renew automatically unless cancelled in accordance with these Terms.
Our AI consultancy Services may include advisory work, model integration, automation, and workflow optimisation. You acknowledge that:
AI outputs may contain inaccuracies and should not be relied upon as sole decision‑making tools
You are responsible for reviewing and validating AI‑generated content
We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, performance improvements, or accuracy of AI systems
You must comply with all applicable laws regarding data usage, privacy, and AI governance
We take reasonable steps to protect your data in accordance with Australian privacy principles. However:
No system is completely secure
You are responsible for maintaining secure passwords and access controls
We are not liable for breaches caused by third‑party platforms, hosting providers, or your own systems
A separate Privacy Policy may apply to certain Services.
Unless you have purchased a managed backup service:
You are responsible for backing up your data
We are not liable for data loss, corruption, or recovery costs
For hosting clients, backups are performed as per your hosting plan but are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated.
All intellectual property created by STEAM Executive remains our property until full payment is received
Pre‑existing IP (yours or ours) remains the property of the original owner
AI‑generated outputs may be subject to third‑party licensing or usage restrictions
You must not use our Services to:
Engage in illegal, harmful, or abusive activities
Host or distribute malware, spam, or prohibited content
Interfere with network integrity or security
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Services for violations.
Some Services rely on third‑party providers (e.g., cloud platforms, domain registrars, AI tools).
We are not responsible for:
Third‑party outages or failures
Changes to third‑party pricing or policies
Losses arising from third‑party service limitations
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law:
We exclude all warranties not expressly stated in these Terms
Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the relevant Service in the preceding 3 months
We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profit, data, or business interruption
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the Services.
Either party may terminate the Services with written notice as specified in the service agreement.
We may suspend or terminate Services immediately if:
Payments are overdue
You breach these Terms
Your use of the Services poses a security or legal risk
Upon termination:
All outstanding fees become payable
Access to hosting, systems, or AI tools may be revoked
Data may be deleted after a retention period
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
Any disputes will be resolved in NSW courts or tribunals.
